In October of 2024 my restraint to dive into the vintage watch industry finally crumbled. With watches having been a life long obsession, fuelled by a love for design and craftsmanship it was finally time to see where this career path might lead.

With a particular interest in the designs and flare for fashion and jewellery in the 1960’s and 1970’s, a focus on vintage watches was inevitable.

The beauty of Piaget’s stone dials and bracelets, the diamond setting of vintage Rolex and the timeless creativity of classic Patek are all areas of the industry that make my heart sing.

As a classically trained musician who has been surrounded by artists, dancers and other eccentrics my entire life, the world of vintage jewellery has always called to me for its sense of community and diversity of design.

Despite the weighty name, Watches of Wimbledon is a single person operation that focuses on stocking and selling small batches of carefully selected watches that speak to a particular genre of collecting. Bringing back the small watches of the 1960’s and 70’s that focus on design to deliver a sense of taste that has lacked in recent generations.
